Paperless statements | Business credit cards - NAB
What’s changing?
From November 2026, select accounts will start receiving statements online instead of by mail. Customers impacted by this change will be informed by way of a statement message before the change takes place. The change is only to the way statements are delivered – the statement cycles will remain unchanged.
If you are affected by this change and would like to keep receiving paper statements, let us know by 7 November 2026, otherwise we’ll turn off paper statements.
Alternatively, you can switch back to paper at any time using the options outlined on this page.
What this means for you
If you are affected by this change, from November 2026:
- paper statements stop
- new statements will be made available on Internet Banking or NAB Connect (whichever you use today); and
- we’ll email you each time your statement is ready.
You’ll still receive your statements on your usual schedule – only the way you receive them is changing.
Digital statements help you run your business with less admin.
