Steps for changing your account name
Make sure you’re logged into NAB Connect to get started
- From the Admin menu, select ‘Accounts’.
- Select the account, card or merchant facility you want to edit the nickname for.
- Select Edit preferred name.
- In the Account preferred name field, type your new preferred name.
- Select Save. This new nickname will display to all users who have access to the account via this NAB Connect facility.
