Before you begin troubleshooting, ensure you have the right details to log into NAB Connect. Make sure you:

To log in to NAB Connect for the first time, you’ll need the following:
- Your unique User ID (this is a unique 10-digit number that starts with 620)
- Check for a welcome email from NAB Connect which will contain your User ID.
- If you’ve been given NAB Connect access by your organisation’s nominated NAB Connect Security Officer, you will receive an email to confirm this. Your Security Officer will provide you with your User ID.
- If you’ve been set up to sign in using a password, you’ll need a temporary password which will be in an email from NAB Connect.
- If you’ve been set up to sign in using a mobile token, you’ll need an activation code which will be in an email from NAB Connect, along with instructions.
- If you’re a mobile token user you’ll need to download the NAB Connect Mobile app. For information on how to setup your token and to login with a PIN, watch our video how to use your NAB Connect Mobile app.

Before you reset your password:
- If you’re logging in for the first time, check for an email from NAB Connect which will contain your temporary password.
- If you’ve been set up to use a mobile token, you will need to generate a one-time password every time you log in. If this is your first time logging in with a mobile token, watch our video on how to use your NAB Connect Mobile app.

If you’re having trouble logging in with your mobile token, the fast and easy way to log in is to reset your mobile token using the NAB Connect Mobile app.

Your browser may have security settings that clears your preferences, and remembering your User ID could be one of them. Contact your System Administrator to learn how to keep these settings.
