NAB Pay will be withdrawn from 27 June 2022

Why is the NAB Pay service ending?

NAB is withdrawing NAB Pay from 27 June 2022. We took the decision to end this service based on a decrease in customer use and an uptake of other payment services supported by NAB.

How does this impact NAB Pay users?

You will not be able to make tap and pay payments from 27 June 2022 on the latest version of the NAB Android mobile app.

However if you’ve added your NAB account details to other payment services that are compatible with your device, such as Google Pay or Samsung Pay, those services will continue to function as usual.

The rest of your account services will remain the same, including card on file payments and direct debits.

NEXT STEPS FOR NAB PAY USERS

Other digital payment services available

There are alternative digital payment services available that we support. We recommend you to add your card to any of the listed payment services that are compatible with your device.

If you don’t wish to use an alternative wallet or the listed payment services are not compatible with your device

  • Please use your NAB credit or debit card the next time you want to make a purchase.
  • Make sure you request a replacement or order a new card if you cannot find your NAB credit or debit card.
