Don't recognise a transaction?

Sometimes merchants trade under a different name. These simple steps will help you look up merchant details to help you recognise your transaction.

    Step 1

    Go to and select ‘Internet Banking’ from the drop-down menu.

    Step 2

    Enter your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID, enter your password and click Login.

    Step 3

    Click the Transactions link under the account number you wish to view.

    Step 4

    Find the transaction. To view detailed information of a transaction, click the arrow to expand the transaction panel.

  • Complete

    Detailed information will appear about the merchant. Click the arrow again to collapse the transaction panel.
