• To assess your personal loan application we’re going to need to verify details of your income, liabilities or identity
  • What we need to check will depend on the information you have provided to us on your application.
  • You only need to provide proof of income when it is not directly deposited into a NAB account.

How to verify your documents

  • Register or log in to NAB Internet Banking on a desktop computer and upload your documents using the Applications tab.
  • Send an email to application.fulfilment@nab.com.au with your documents attached as a PDF or as a clear photo. Please include your reference number in the subject line.
  • Take your documents into your Local Branch.

Note: All documents need to be either in English or translated by an NAATI accredited professional translation service.
