 There is no daily transaction limit, however, there is a $2,000 cash withdrawal limit per card, per day.

Once your application is approved, your card will be delivered to the nominated address in seven to ten days. You will receive your PIN in a separate letter three to five days after the card arrives. Once you receive your physical card in the mail, all you will need to do is sign the back of the card.

Once approved, you can start making in-person contactless purchases and ATM withdrawals, before you receive your physical card. To set this up, log in to your NAB app using your personal NAB Identification Number (NIN), select the Business Visa Debit Card you are looking to use, and add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Note, you cannot use digital wallets for online purchases.

Yes, you can use your NAB Business Visa Debit Card overseas wherever Visa is accepted. Make sure you notify NAB of your travel plans to avoid any disruptions.

If your NAB Business Visa Debit Card is lost or stolen, you should immediately report it to NAB. You can block and reorder your card through the NAB app with your personal NIN. Alternatively, contact us as follows:

You can change your PIN for the NAB Business Visa Debit Card through NAB Internet Banking or the NAB app. For any assistance, you can also contact NAB at 13 10 12.

When your NAB Business Visa Debit Card nears its expiry date, NAB will automatically issue you a new card and send it to your address on file. You should receive the new card before the old one expires. Once you receive the new card, activate it and destroy the old card by cutting it into pieces, particularly through the chip and magnetic strip, to ensure your personal information is protected.

Yes, you can request an additional card for another person in your business. Please note, any additional person must be a signatory on the account. To do so, log in to your NAB app or NAB Internet Banking, select the Cards menu, then select the ‘Add a new Business Visa Debit Card to your account’ and enter the necessary details for the new cardholder. The business account must be linked to your NAB ID for this option to show up. The new card will be sent to your business address and the cardholder will be able to use it for business-related transactions.
