1. The NAB Business Fundamentals monthly fee provides you access to the package benefits. Other standard fees and charges may apply to the package products. These are described in the product terms and conditions. Standard fees and charges for the individual products may be applicable if they are not taken as part of the Business Fundamentals package. 2. A NAB Merchant Solution is available provided you meet NAB’s standard merchant approval criteria. NAB is under no obligation to commence supplying merchant services to you until NAB determines in its discretion that you have met those criteria. The Pricing Offer is available on NAB eCommerce, NAB Transact and the following NAB EFTPOS Solutions (Integrated, mobile, countertop, MPOS, NAB Now). To be eligible for the Business Fundamentals merchants pricing offer, the merchant must settle into an eligible NAB business transaction account.

3. NAB BPAY solution is available provided you meet NAB’s standard merchant approval conditions. NAB is under no obligation to commence supplying merchant services to you until NAB determines in its discretion that you have met those criteria. If your application for a NAB BPAY solution is approved by NAB, you will receive a separate offer. If you decide not to accept the offer, you may continue to hold your NAB Business Fundamentals without a NAB BPAY solution on the terms of this document.

4. Direct Debit is offered subject to formal facility limit being established and therefore a credit assessment by NAB may be required.

5. Points are earned and redeemed in accordance with the NAB Rewards Terms and Conditions available at These terms describe the purchases not eligible to earn points. You must have an open and active NAB Rewards credit card account to earn points.

6. To earn points using a NAB Qantas Business Signature Card or a NAB Qantas Business Card, you must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and a nominated Points Earner. Joining fee may apply. A Points earner can be a Facility Owner or Cardholder. Membership and points are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. 7. No interest is earned during any period in which the account is less than $10,000. Interest is earned on the entire balance when the balance is at least $10,000, calculated at the end of each day and payable monthly.

8. Package benefits for vehicle and equipment finance only apply if you add this option to your NAB Business Fundamentals package no later than three months after the package is established. Benefits not available for non-standard vehicle and equipment finance transactions such as private sale, sale and leaseback and specialised documentation. Vehicle and equipment finance is for business purposes only.

9. NAB Business Fundamentals customers do not receive the 50 free batch SMS alerts that are available to Standard NAB Connect customers who pay the $10 monthly Payments Service fee. NAB Business Fundamentals customers will be charged 11c for each SMS Alert. Please note there is no charge on Email Alerts on NAB Connect.

Other important information – The fees and charges available on Basic and Extra products that are eligible NAB Business Fundamentals products are exclusive of any other pricing offers. Fee waivers, discounts and other benefits apply from the date the relevant product is added to your NAB Business Fundamentals package. They do not apply retrospectively.
