Register for internet banking
Redirect your 'incoming' money, e.g advise your customers to redirect their payments into your new NAB Accounts.
Advise your customers to start paying into your new NAB account.
Set up your 'outgoing' payments such as regular direct debits and bills.
Now you’re ready to contact each organisation that makes debits to your account and ask them to change your account details in their records. Use our ‘change advice letter for debits’ template with your providers to notify them that you’ve changed your details. To get you started, you can ask your old bank to send you a list of all your direct debits from the past 13 months.
