Mr Armstrong has been a Director since August 2014. He is Chairman of the Board's Audit and Risk Committees.
Mr Armstrong has more than 30 years of experience in professional services, including as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He has significant knowledge and understanding of banking and capital markets, real estate and infrastructure and is well versed in reporting, regulatory and risk challenges faced by the industry.
Mr Armstrong's other directorships and interests include The George Institute for Global Health (Chairman), Opera Australia Capital Fund Limited, Australian Museum (President) and Lizard Island Reef Research Foundation.
