Mr Gupta has been a Director since November 2014. He is a Member of the Board's Risk & Compliance and People & Remuneration Committees. He is a Director of Bank of New Zealand (a subsidiary of NAB).
Mr Gupta has more than 30 years of experience in wealth management. He was a co-founder and the inaugural CEO of IPAC Securities, a pre-eminent wealth management firm spanning financial advice and institutional portfolio management, which was acquired by AXA.
Mr Gupta has extensive corporate governance experience, having served as a director on many corporate, government, not-for-profit, trustee and responsible entity boards since the 1990s, including experience on Audit, Risk and Remuneration committees.
