Foreign currency converter

Indicative rates provided by Visa updated daily. To access the daily updated rates you must be logged in to the NAB app with Travel Mode turned on and connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or cellular). Otherwise, rates are based on the rates as at the date of your device’s last internet connection whilst logged in to the NAB app. Data usage charges may apply.

Complimentary overseas travel insurance

You must spend at least $500 of your prepaid transportation, accommodation, and/or land tour costs on your card to get the benefits of the complimentary insurance. Terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the complimentary insurances are specified in the NAB Card Insurance Policy Information booklet available at nab.com.au and may be amended. The complimentary insurances are issued by QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited ABN 78 003 191 035 to NAB. Access to the benefit of cover under the NAB card insurances is provided to eligible NAB cardholders by operation of s48 of the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth). Emergency cash

Emergency cash and Visa card replacement services are provided by Visa’s Global Customer Assistance Services (GCAS). GCAS representatives can provide multilingual assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls to GCAS are toll-free through the local operator. Calls made through mobile phone networks may incur additional charges. Please note that calls made from mobile phones, public telephones or hotel rooms may attract additional charges, not covered by the reverse charge service. Emergency cash on your credit card will be classified as a cash advance and applicable fees/interest applicable to your credit card will apply. Information subject to change.
