Merchants who currently use Verifone VX820 EFTPOS terminals (not integrated) will receive a phone call from our service provider, Bambora, on behalf of NAB. Telstra are making changes to the phone network that will affect the ability of desktop (not integrated) terminals to process transactions.
Merchants will receive a call from our service provider, Bambora, on behalf of NAB, to arrange a time to complete the upgrade. The replacement will help ensure that the merchant terminal has updated connectivity so merchants’ business can continue to accept quick and easy merchant payments. The merchant fees, including monthly terminal fees remain unchanged.
