Some merchants who use Verifone Eftpos Mobile terminals will receive a phone call from our service provider (Ingenico) on behalf of NAB, to replace their terminal/s. Telstra are making changes to the Argent phone network that will affect the ability of terminals to process transactions.
The replacement will help ensure that the merchant terminal has updated connectivity so the merchants’ business can continue to accept quick and easy merchant payments. The merchant fees, including monthly terminal fees remain unchanged.
