To reset your password and check and transaction status
Contact the Merchant Service Centre to:
- reset your password.
- check if a transaction has processed.
Call the Merchant Service Centre on 1300 369 852 and have your Merchant ID and Terminal ID handy.
How to reprint your last transaction: Ingenico and Verifone
To reprint your last transaction, press Function key, then 72.
There are two ways to print your receipt for the last transaction you processed:
- Press the following keys in this order:
- *, 8, 1, then Select.
- Press the following keys in order:
- *, 8, 2. Enter in RRN (last 6 digits).
